به گزارش بردباری نیوز، یعقوب هوشیار در دیدار با جمعی از اعضای انجمن سرمایه گذاران کیش، اظهار کرد: خرداد سال آینده همزمان با بهره برداری از ۱۴ پروژه بزرگ شهری، عملیات ۱۴ پروژه سرمایه گذاری به ارزش ۱۰۰ هزار میلیارد تومان شروع خواهد شد.
وی افزود: با توجه به مسائل تورمی که اخیرا در ترکیه و کشورهای منطقه قفقاز بوجود آمده تبریز به فرصتی تبدیل شده و مزیت های اقتصادی خوبی در رابطه با جذب سرمایه گذار قلمداد می شود.
وی با اشاره به اینکه امسال رتبه دوم صدور پروانه ساختمانی را در کشور داشته ایم، خاطرنشان کرد: با توجه به ابلاغ قانون درآمدهای پایدار و با وجود تحمیل محدودیت های جدی در رابطه با تراکم ساخت و ساز، بعد از تهران رتبه دوم کشور را کسب کردیم.
شهردار تبریز افزود: در بافت فرسوده و بازآفرینی شهری هم نسبت به سرانه جمعیت رتبه اول کشوری را داریم و سرانه بودجه متوسط ۲۰ میلیون تومان برای هر نفر در بودجه سال ۱۴۰۳ در نظر گرفته شده است.
یعقوب هوشیار با اشاره به اینکه پروانه احداث ۴ هتل جدید صادر شده یادآور شد : در بخش هتل سازی تخفیفات بالایی در نظر گرفته شده ولی با توجه به استقبال گردشگران در فصل سفر برای احداث هتل و هتل آپارتمانهای بیشتر باز هم جای کار داریم.
هوشیار با تاکید بر اینکه بحث هتل سازی یکی از ظرفیتهای سرمایه گذاری محسوب می شود گفت: تشویقاتی که شهرداری تبریز برای هتل سازی در نظر گرفته و برخی تسهیلات و امتیازاتی که دولت در نظر گرفته همچنان چند مکان مناسب برای احداث هتل وجود دارد که سرمایه گذاران علاقمند می توانند مشارکت کنند.
وی خاطرنشان کرد: بحث هوشمندسازی یکی از اولویتهای اصلی تبریز بود که طی سال گذشته و امسال قرارداد ۸۵۰ کیلومتر فیبرنوری بسته شد و تاکنون ۱۵۰ کیلومتر اجرا شده و طبق قرارداد دو سال زمان اجرای این پروژه است که ۶ ماه از آن گذشته، مرکز مدیریت هوشمند شهری هم خردادماه سال ۱۴۰۳ افتتاح خواهد شد و به دنبال آن هستیم که اپ تبریز را با ۱۸ کارکرد تعریف شده رونمایی کنیم.
شهردار تبریز یادآور شد: یکی از مشکلات تبریز موضوع شهربازی بزرگ این شهر است که با جمع آوری شهربازی ائل گلی به دلیل ثبت جهانی این مجموعه در حال رایزنی برای احداث شهربازی جدید هستیم.
