به گزارش بردباری نیوز به نقل از ایرنا نسل آلفا کودکانی هستند که شاهد دوران همه‌گیری کرونا بودند. آنها در دوره کودکی خود ماسک به صورت می‌زدند و بخشی از تلاش‌های آموزش از راه دور در کشورهای مختلف بودند. آنها مدت زیادی در خانه مانده‌اند و یاد گرفته‌اند که از صفحه نمایش برای برقراری ارتباط، یادگیری و بازی در سنین پایین استفاده کنند.
به متولدین بین سال‌های ۲۰۱۰ تا ۲۰۲۵ میلادی نسل آلفا گفته می‌شودبخش زیادی از جمعیت نسل آلفا همچنان متولد نشده‌اند. با این حال تا سال ۲۰۳۰میلادی، ۱۱ درصد از نیروی کار را تشکیل خواهند داد. در تعریف دقیق‌تر، به متولدین بین سال‌های ۲۰۱۰ تا ۲۰۲۵ میلادی نسل آلفا گفته می‌شود و همان‌طور که گفته شد بخشی از این نسل حتی هنوز متولد نشده‌اند. پیش‌بینی می‌شود تا سال ۲۰۲۵ میلادی جمعیت نسل آلفا به دو میلیارد نفر هم برسد. این نسل به عنوان یک پدیده‌ی مصرف‌کننده‌ی رو به رشد شناخته می‌شوند و این موضوع سه دلیل اصلی دارد:
۱- انتظار می‌رود که نسل آلفا بزرگ‌ترین نسل تا به امروز باشند.
۲- در بین جمعیت جهان، از هر سه کودک دو تای آنها به تلفن‌های هوشمند دسترسی دارند.
۳ – تعداد بسیاری از این کودکان به دلیل تجربه تحصیل آنلاین در دوران همه‌گیری کرونا، هوش دیجیتالی منحصربه‌فردی دارند.
ویژگی‌های کودکان نسل آلفا چیست؟
۱- آنها کارآفرین‌ترین نسلی هستند که بشر تابه‌حال دیده است: زیرا از سنین پایین دسترسی بیشتری به اطلاعات، افراد و منابع دارند. شاهد خواهیم بود که این بسیاری از کارآفرینان نسل آلفا قبل از ده‌سالگی کسب‌وکار خود را راه‌اندازی خواهند کرد! بنابراین آنها زودتر ریسک‌کردن و شکست خوردن را تجربه می‌کنند و احتمال موفقیتشان در جوانانی و میان‌سالی بیشتر خواهد بود. ضمن آنکه فرصت بیشتری برای کسب اعتبار و ایجاد روابط کاری دارند.
۲-هوشمندترین نسل از نظر استفاده از فناوری‌های جدید هستند: نسل آلفا جهان بدون شبکه‌های اجتماعی را ندیده است و نمی‌تواند آن را تصور کند. آنها از سنین پایین از تلفن‌های هوشمند استفاده می‌کنند و دائماً به شبکه‌های اجتماعی و ابزارهای دیجیتالی دسترسی دارند.
۳- آنها ارتباطات انسانی کمتری را تجربه می‌کنند: نسل آلفا ترجیح می‌دهد از اینترنت خرید کند و نیازهای مختلف خود را سریع و از طریق اینترنت تأمین کند. آنها در برخی از مهارت‌های نرم مثل برقرار کردن ارتباطات فردی ضعیف‌ترند. کمتر با دیگران وارد گفتگو طولانی می‌شوند و چندان حوصله صحبت‌کردن با دیگران را ندارند.
۴- حس تنهایی بیشتری را تجربه می کنند: این نسل گرچه ارتباطات متعددی را از طریق شبکه‌های اجتماعی ایجاد می‌کند و دایره ارتباطی گسترده‌ای را در فضای دیجیتال تشکیل می‌دهد اما در دنیای واقعی احساس تنهایی بیشتری را تجربه می‌کند.
۵- چهارچوب‌ها را می‌شکنند: آنها زیر بار قوانین از پیش تعیین شده نمی‌روند و اجازه نمی‌دهند که چهارچوب‌ها محدودشان کند. در واقع جسارت بالاتری در بهم ریختن قوانین بازی دارند و اطلاعات و ابزارهای دیجیتالی هم به آنها کمک می‌کند که راحت‌تر بتوانند ساختارها را تغییر دهند.
۶- ترجیح می‌دهند به‌صورت فردی یادبگیرند: طبیعی است که این نسل به دنبال یادگیری سریع و مبتنی بر نیازش است. دوست ندارد وقتش را برای مطالبی که موردنیازش نیست تلف کند. در سال‌های اخیر هم شاهد هستیم که شیوه‌های یادگیری شخصی‌سازی‌شده طرف‌دار بیشتری پیدا کردند. قطعاً استقبال از این رویکردها در سال‌های آینده بیشتر نیز خواهد شد.
۷- حریم شخصی برای آنها معنایی ندارد: آنها از ابتدا در یک‌دنیای بزرگ‌تر رشد کرده‌اند و برایشان کاملاً عادی است که چیزهای مربوط به خودشان را با دیگران به اشتراک بگذارند.
۸- تنوع را دوست دارند، آنها از تنوع استقبال می‌کنند و انتظار دارند در محیط‌های آموزشی و کاری‌شان تنوع پذیرفته شود: در واقع آنها از تجربه‌های متنوع لذت می‌برند و انتظار دارند اطرافیانشان نیز این‌چنین باشند. از زندگی و محیط‌های یکنواخت و کسل‌کننده بیزارند و نمی‌توانند شغل‌هایی را تحمل کنند که یکنواخت و تکراری‌اند.
نسل آلفا اجتماعی‌تر و بصری‌تر از نسل‌های قبلی هستند
دسترسی زودهنگام به صفحه‌ی نمایش و اینترنت به این معنی است که این نسل بیش از هر زمان دیگری با جهان در ارتباط هستند. این نسل آداب و رسوم، ارزش‌ها و تجربیات خود را درباره فرهنگ‌ها به اشتراک می‌گذارد. آنها همچنین اجتماعی‌تر و بصری‌تر از نسل‌های قبلی هستند و در دنیایی از تماس‌های تصویری مکرر، در آستانه متاورس و محبوبیت فزاینده واقعیت مصنوعی رشد می‌کنند.
آنها می‌توانند بالقوه در مشاغلی چون تخصص در امنیت سایبری، مدیریت UX، خلبانی هواپیماهای بدون سرنشین، توسعه‌دهندگان بلاک‌چین، طراحی داده‌ها، مهندسین واقعیت مجازی، مکانیک رباتیک، اپراتور قطارهای بدون راننده، متخصصین هوش مصنوعی، عوامل گردشگری و … کار کنند. به عقیده کارشناسان این حوزه، حضور پررنگ کودکان در محیط دیجیتال محاسن و معایبی دارد. در صورت دور نگه داشتن اجباری و افراطی کودکان از دنیای اینترنت، ناخودآگاه سبب بروز کنجکاوی و گرایش کودکان به این منابع خواهیم شد.

در صورتی که همسالان آنها با کنترل، برنامه‌ریزی و نظارت صحیح و اصولی در این زمینه کسب مهارت کنند، کودکان از این نظر دچار کمبود و نقص نیز خواهند بود. به نظر کارشناسان امر، استفاده از بازی‌های دیجیتال و شبیه‌سازها به تقویت چندین مهارت شناختی و استراتژیک و تعمیق یادگیری در کودکان کمک می‌کند. همچنین بسیاری از یافته‌ها نشان می‌دهد که می‌توان از بازی‌های ویدئویی- آموزشی به عنوان ابزار مهم کمک‌آموزشی برای آموزش مفاهیم و مهارت‌ها استفاده کرد و چه بسا بتوان با استفاده از ابزار رسانه وجوه مختلف فرهنگی و تربیتی را به صورت تأثیرگذار به کودکان ارائه کرد.
در واقع کودکانی که بازی‌های ویدئویی فعال انجام می‌دهند، هنگام شرکت در ورزش‌های واقعی درک بهتری از مهارت‌های خود دارند. این بهبود درک و اعتماد به نفس می‌تواند به شدت تمایل کودک را برای درگیر شدن در فعالیت‌های ورزشی بالا ببرد و به سلامتی او کمک کند.
همچنین در کنار رشد جایگاه سرگرمی‌های دیجیتال در زندگی کودکان، شاهد رشد سواد دیجیتالی آنها به صورت غیرمستقیم هم هستیم و افزون بر آن، وقتی کودکان در دوران قرنطیه‌ی کرونا، علاوه بر سرگرمی و بازی برای ارتباط با مدرسه و معلم، حضور در کلاس، آموزش، انجام تکالیف و تمرین مجبور شدند از وسایل دیجیتالی استفاده کنند، ناخودآگاه مهارت استفاده از این ابزار را هم کسب کردند و ساعت‌ها وقت خود را با این ابزار سپری کرده و اکنون بعضاً بهتر و سریع‌تر از والدینشان نیز از این ابزار استفاده می‌کنند.
امروزه کودکان از چهار ماهگی شروع به تعامل با رسانه‌های دیجیتال می‌کنند!
اهالی نسل زِد و آلفا که تقریباً بین سال‌های ۱۹۹۵ تا ۲۰۱۰ میلادی متولد شده‌اند و از کودکی شاهد پیشرفت اینترنت و کاربرد ابزارهای هوشمند در زندگی بودند، نسلی فراتر از زمان هستند که از بدو تولد ساعت‌ها وقت خود را با فناوری‌های دیجیتال سپری می‌کنند. در واقع در دهه گذشته تحول رسانه‌ها از اشکال سنتی به رسانه‌های جدیدتر منجر به تغییر الگوهای استفاده از رسانه‌ها شده است. به عنوان مثال، طبق تحقیقاتی در سال ۱۹۷۰ میلادی کودکان از چهار سالگی به طور منظم تلویزیون تماشا می‌کردند در حالی که امروزه کودکان از چهار ماهگی شروع به تعامل با رسانه‌های دیجیتال می‌کنند!
افسردگی، انزوا، ترس‌های اجتماعی، کاهش تمرکز و افت تحصیلی از نتایج تلخ سرگرمی‌های دیجیتال است
در کنار محاسن یاد شده اما معایب بسیاری وجود دارد که کودکان در دنیای دیجیتال با آن مواجهند. در واقع هم‌اکنون با نوعی اختلال روانی با عنوان اختلال بازی‌های مجازی روبه‌رو هستیم. افسردگی، انزوا، ترس‌های اجتماعی، کاهش تمرکز و افت تحصیلی از نتایج تلخ سرگرمی‌های دیجیتال است. همچنین با افزایش وابستگی به وسایل دیجیتال خطر کم‌خوابی و از بین رفتن قدرت کشف و خلاقیت کودکان را تهدید می‌کند.
به طور مثال کودکانی که شب، قبل از خواب، کتاب می‌خوانند با تجسم ذهنی شخصیت‌های داستان، ناخودآگاه تصاویر را در ذهن خود مجسم می‌کنند و به نوعی کارگردانی ذهنی دست می‌زنند که این کار باعث تحریک مغز و افزایش قوه‌ی تخیل آنان می‌شود ولی کودکانی که بیشتر فیلم می‌بینند، صرفاً تبدیل به مصرف‌کننده‌ای می‌شوند که نیاز کمتری به تحریک ذهنی دارند.
علاوه بر این، مطالعات نشان می‌دهد که اعتیاد به استفاده از فضای مجازی و بازی‌های ویدئویی مشابه سایر رفتارهای اعتیادآور است و وابستگی تلخی برای کودکان ایجاد می‌کند. شواهدی وجود دارد که نشان می‌دهد سرگرمی‌های دیجیتال با چاقی هم در ارتباط است و تا حد بسیاری تحرک بدنی کودکان را کاهش می‌دهد. در کنار همه این‌ها، وابستگی و عادت غلط استفاده از وسایل دیجیتال، کودکان را از دنیای مطالعه و فرهنگ خواندن کتاب دور کرده و شبکه‌های اجتماعی مجازی و شرایط خاص دوره کرونا سایه سنگین خود را بر دنیای کتاب و کتابخوانی افکنده است.
شاید بتوان گفت ادامه این روند و انس کودکان به دنیای مجازی بتواند جای فرهنگ مطالعه را در زندگی آنها بگیرد و این در حالی است که مطالعه و کتابخوانی یکی از مؤلفه‌ها و شاخص‌های توسعه فرهنگی در هر جامعه است و میزان توجه به کتاب و کتابخوانی بیانگر رشد و تعالی فرهنگی جوامع به شمار می‌آید.
نگاهی به آمارهای نگران‌کننده از سرانه پایین مطالعه در کشور و البته ضعف بررسی‌های دقیقِ مطالعه در قشر کودک و نوجوان، حاکی از این واقعیت است که جایگاه این عادت مهم فرهنگی در میان نسل جدید بسیار خالی شده است و این خطری است که فرهنگ جامعه را تهدید می‌کند. کودکان در فضای مجازی و دنیای دیجیتال با حجم بالایی از اطلاعات نادرست، شبهه‌آمیز و بازی‌هایی که هیچ تناسبی با سن و جنس آنها ندارد، روبه‌رو هستند که هرگز نمی‌توانند جای مطالعه درست را بگیرند.
در واقع با توجه به پایین بودن سطح فرهنگ عمومی و عدم درک مناسب از امکانات فضای مجازی، این فضا تبدیل به مکانی برای انتشار مطالبی غالباً بی‌محتوا شده است که اثرات زیان‌بار و جبران‌ناپذیری بر اخلاق، رشد و تکامل، فرهنگ و هویت اجتماعی کودکان دارد. در حالی که علاقه‌مندی به کتاب در کودکان باعث افزایش هوش، خلاقیت، علاقه به علم و یادگیری، آرامش و تمرکز می‌شود. همچنین مطالعه به عنوان یک فرآیند فعال ذهنی، دایره واژگان کودک را افزایش داده و قوای استدلالی او را قوی می‌کند.
