به گزارش بردباری نیوز، مالک رحیمی در نشست شورای گفت‌وگوی دولت و بخش خصوصی آذربایجان شرقی، افزود: مس سونگون یکی از مهم ترین ظرفیت های استان است که نقش مهمی در توسعه و رشد این خطه دارد.
وی اضافه کرد: امروز هم از اینکه شرکت ملی مس ایران و مجتمع مس سونگون تا آنجا که از دست شان برآمده، به استان ما خدمت کرده اند، قدردان هستیم.
وی ادامه داد: امروزه تعامل با مجموعه شرکت ها و استفاده از ظرفیت آنها و نه تقابل با آنها برای ما مهم است.
استاندار آذربایجان شرقی تاکید کرد: بر اساس مصوبات دو سفر استانی آقای رییس جمهور به استان، تکالیف متعددی در حوزه صنعت مس داریم که از جمله مهم ترین آنها تشکیل شرکت مس آذربایجان است.
وی افزود: بر این اساس اگر بخواهند هر عزیزی را جابجا یا منصوب کنند، با رعایت این دستورالعمل مخیر هستند و ما مانع نیستیم.
وی اضافه کرد: به طور قطع نخستین خواسته ما از مدیرعامل مجتمع مس سونگون، تشکیل شرکت مس آذربایجان به شکل واقعی و نه کاغذی و تسریع در تکمیل طرح های توسعه ای با رعایت زنجیره ارزش و تامین است و وی باید آن را اولویت خود بداند.
استاندار آذربایجان شرقی گفت: به طور قطع کسی که می خواهد به مجتمع مس سونگون بیاید، وظیفه اش، اجرای تمام و کمال مصوبات هیات وزیران در ارتباط با این مجموعه است.
وی ادامه داد: بنده هماهنگ کننده دستگاه های اجرایی برای اداره استان در هر دو بخش دولتی و خصوصی هستم و کسی که به عنوان مدیرعامل مجتمع مس سونگون منصوب می شود، نباید انتظار داشته باشد که اینجانب کارهای مربوط به تشکیل شرکت مس آذربایجان را انجام دهم.
وی این سوال را مطرح کرد که اگر مدیری برای مجتمع مس سونگون منصوب شود که به وظایف خود معتقد و ملتزم نباشد، ما مصوبات هیات وزیران را چگونه اجرا خواهیم کرد؟
وی یادآوری کرد: ما کاملا هماهنگ هستیم و مجموعه مس ایران نیز به طور کامل به این موضوع واقف است.
رحمتی گفت: در جلسه ای با حضور مدیرعامل شرکت ملی صنایع مس ایران اعلام کردم که برای رشد و توسعه مجتمع مس سونگون و بهره مندی مردم از مزایای آن هیچ محدودیتی نداریم؛ اگر برای تحقق این امر، تغییر و تحولی لازم است، با رعایت قوانین و مقررات و شرایط، در خدمت عزیزان شرکت ملی مس ایران هستیم.
وی افزود: امیدوارم دست به دست هم، با اتحاد و انسجام، کارهای خوبی در استان انجام دهیم که ثمره اش را مردم ببینند.
استاندار آذربایجان شرقی در ادامه با اشاره به تقارن عید نوروز با ماه مبارک رمضان، گفت: تمهیدات لازم برای تامین و توزیع مناسب اقلام مورد نیاز مردم در ستاد تنظیم بازار انجام می گیرد، اما ضمانت اجرایی آن اتاق بازرگانی، تولیدکنندگان و توزیع کنندگان هستند.
رحمتی با تاکید بر اینکه باید به گونه ای عمل کنیم که مردم راحت باشند، اضافه کرد: گزارش ها حاکی است که مشکل خاصی نداریم و هیچ صنفی نیز افزایش قیمت نخواهد داشت که راه آن هم کنترل انبارهاست.
وی ادامه داد: بر این اساس نباید کالایی در انبارها خارج از عرف دپو شود و باید با افزایش عرضه کالا در روزهای منتهی به عید و ماه مبارک رمضان، کار کنیم که فشار بیشتری بر مردم عزیز نیاید.
استاندار آذربایجان شرقی تشریح کرد: اگر بخواهیم استان درست توسعه یابد، زنجیره تامین و تولید در بخش‌های مختلف باید تکمیل شود.
وی از اعضای هیات رییسه اتاق بازرگانی تبریز خواست کمک کنند که حوزه های دارای مزیت نسبی در حوزه زنجیره تولید بیشتر بدرخشند.
وی تاکید کرد: باید اجازه ندهیم در حوزه تولید و صنعت ناترازی پیش بیاید و اقدامات موازی در این بخش حیاتی انجام شود.
