به گزارش خبرنگار بردباری نیوز، مشکلات عدیده تردد در مسیرهای اصلی و فرعی شهری و لغزنده بودن مسیرها دیروز مردم شهر تبریز را با مشکلات عدیده‌ای روبرو کرد.
بسیاری از شهروندان دیروز با تولید فیلم و عکس هایی تلاش کردند تا این مشکلات را به تصویر بکشند و بسیاری عدم نمک پاشی در شهر تبریز و عدم تمرکز بر محلول پاشی به موقع و به اندازه برای رفع لغزندگی مسیرها را مقصر اصلی دانستند.
وجود تنش آبی به عنوان واقعیتی انکارناپذیر در حوزه آبریز دریاچه ارومیه به شدت احساس می‌شود از این رو قبل از هر چیزی باید به این نکته توجه کنیم که هر قطره از این برف باید به دل خاک برود و جان تشنه این سرزمین را سیراب کند.
نکته اول اینکه طی روزهای گذشته هواشناسی و مدیریت بحران شهرداری و سازمان های متعددی تذکرات مکرری را به شهروندان در خصوص مجهز شدن برای مقابله با بحران های احتمالی را داده بودند از جمله مواردی که هر شهروندی در مواجه با این اتفاقات باید رعایت می کرد اجتناب از تردد غیر ضروری و تجهیز خودرو ها به لاستیک یخ شکن یا زنجیر چرخ در مواقع یخبندان و لغزندگی سطح معابر بود که شواهد نشان می داد تعدادی بسیار اندکی از شهروندان این دو مهم را مورد توجه قرار داده باشند.
نکته دوم هجمه سنگین بر سازمان های متولی در خصوص ضرورت نمک پاشی بود در صورتی که روش قدیمی و غیر استاندارد نمک پاشی پیامد های مخربی بر روی آسفالت، سازه‌های جاده‌ای، خودروها و از همه مهمتر محیط زیست دارد و بدون شک در آینده هزینه های گزافی را نیز در بحث های زیست محیطی خواهد داشت.
با این تفاصیر همه باید بپذیریم که یک روز برای همیشه باید با نمک پاشی خداحافظی کنیم.
نکته سوم محلول پاشی بود که بدون شک این روش به عنوان تجربه ای جدید با چالش هایی روبرو خواهد شد و باید در گذر زمان در خصوص درست یا نادرست بودن آن صحبت شود.
نکته چهارم استفاده از تجهیزات و ماشین آلات سنگین برای آزادسازی خیابان ها بود که به عینه با کمبود امکانات شهری در این خصوص روبرو هستیم .
و اما نکته اصلی نقش ویژه حمل و نقل عمومی در روزهای برفی و بارانی است، عدم تجهیز تمامی خودروهای عمومی به تجهیزات ایمنی، عدم حضور حداکثری تاکسی های شهری در معابر عمومی و بسیاری از این کمبود ها بر مشکلات شهری دامن زده است.
اگر تاکسی ها و اتوبوس های شهری به دوربین ها مجهز شوند و مسیر یابی شوند و مدیریت صحیحی در این عرصه صورت گیرد آن موقع است که می توان مردم را ملزم به رعایت تردد حداقلی در شهر کرد تا مشکلاتی را که دیروز در شهر تبریز شاهد بودیم به حداقل برسد.
مشکل تردد در روزهای برفی تبریز را نباید به نمک پاشی تقلیل داد چرا که حل مشکلات شهری در کنار فرهنگ سازی به ایجاد زیر ساخت ها و مدیریت واحد شهری نیازمند است تا دیگر شاهد چنین اتفاقاتی در شهر کوهستانی تبریز که با برف و باد و بوران عجین است روبرو نشویم.
