محمدی پور گفت: فروش املاک در بورس کالا به شکل عرضه فیزیکی و یا صندوق سرمایه گذاری انجام می‌گیرد. در عرضه فیزیکی املاک، تا لحظه فروش املاک هزینه خاصی از فروشنده اخذ نمی‌شود.
وی افزود: صندوق‌های املاک و مستقلات نیز به نوعی اوراق بهادار سازی املاک بزرگ شناخته می‌شوند. واحدهای تجاری بزرگ را که نمی‌توان یکجا به فروش رساند، در اوراق بهادار سازی تبدیل به صندوق املاک کرده و بدون این‌که مدیریت از دست رود، درصدی از آن به فروش می‌رود.
