علت احضار، سوال درباره امضاء یک صورت‌جلسه بود/ هیچ وقفه‌ای در خدمت من به همشهریان ایجاد نمی‌شود

به گزارش بردباری نیوز،شهرام دبیری صبح امروز در جلسه علنی شورای شهر تبریز با ارائه توضیحاتی در خصوص بازداشت اخیر خود اظهار داشت: مشکلی که پیش آمده بود، در ارتباط با پروژه سرمایه گذاری بنیاد تعاون ناجا در سال ۹۳ بود و می خواستند پروژه هشت بهشت را اجرا و ۱۰۰۰میلیاردتومان سرمایه گذاری کنند.
دبیری ادامه داد: در آن برهه جلسه ای با حضور شهردار وقت تبریز، شهردار وقت منطقه و من تشکیل شده و صورت جلسه را امضا کرده بودیم. بر اساس مصوبه شورای شهر، بنیاد مقرر شد عوارض را به صورت نقد پرداخت کند و ۲۵درصد تخفیف مصوب شورا هم اجرا شود.
او افزود: مساله اصلی این بود که شهرداری در محاسبه تخفیف عوارض، عوارض مربوط به تغییر کاربری را هم محسوب کرده بود که از نظر قانونی این مورد نباید انجام می‌شد. البته بعدها شهرداری در کمیسیون ماده ۷۷ این بنیاد را محکوم کرد تا بقیه مبلغ را پرداخت کنند.
رئیس شورای شهر تبریز گفت: احضار من و چندتن دیگر صرفا به خاطر سوال درخصوص علت امضا صورت جلسه بود. این اتفاقات کوچکترین وقفه ای برای خدمت من وارد نمی کند و دلسرد نمی شوم و از خود اطمینان کامل دارم و همه می دانند از نظر مالی هم نیاز نداریم.
دبیری افزود: از نهادهای بازرسی و نظارت که مطابق قانون، وظیفه خود را انجام می‌دهند تشکر می کنم. همچنین از بازجو و ضابطین قضایی نیز تشکر دارم که با سعه صدر به پرونده رسیدگی کردند.
دبیری تاکید کرد: از خود اطمینان کامل دارم چرا که کوچکترین خلافی انجام نداده ام و تمام تلاش بنده در جهت کمک به شهر و توسعه و آبادانی آن است.
او با قدردانی از اظهار لطف شهروندان گفت: همواره خادم مردم هستم و از اعضای شورای پنجم، شهردار و مدیرکل حراست شهرداری که تلاش زیادی در پیشگیری از فساد در بدنه مدیریت شهری انجام دادند نیز تشکر می‌کنم. هر چند باید بیش از این هم تلاش شود.
رئیس شورای شهر تبریز با بیان اینکه تلاش داریم امسال هم با پروژه‌های متنوع شهر پویایی داشته باشیم، گفت: از تمامی مسؤلان استانی، خواهش می کنم از مدیران صدیق و ریسک پذیر شهرداری که تلاش دارند شهرداری را پابرجا نگه دارند، حمایت کنند. ما تنها ۲۰ درصد درآمد پایدار داریم.
دبیری در پایان خاطرنشان کرد: از اصحاب رسانه نیز خواهشمندم عملکردهای مثبت شهرداری را برای مردم انعکاس دهند و از ایجاد خوراک خبری برای رسانه‌های معاند پرهیز کرده و پیشرفت‌های سیاسی، اقتصادی و اجتماعی کشور را نشر دهند.
