امیردریابان شمخانی دبیر شورای عالی امنیت ملی در یادواره سرداران و چهارهزار شهید استان گلستان که امشب (سه شنبه) در باغ‌موزه دفاع مقدس و ترویج فرهنگ دفاع مقدس برگزار شد، خانواده شهدار را یکی از مولفه‌های ثبات و امنیت جمهوری اسلامی دانست که در جمع دوستان رئوف رهنما، دوستان غیر رئوف شاخصی برای نهیب و در جمع دشمنان خار هستند.
وی برگزاری اینگونه کنگره‌ها را ارزشمند دانسته که موجب یادآوری و پاسداشت مقام شامخ شهدا قرار می‌گیرند و این مراسم‌ها را ایجاد مکتب‌خانه‌ای از شهدا نامید که باید خود را با آن مورد سنجش قرار دهیم، تا بتوانیم عاقبتی خوب داشته باشیم.
شمخانی با اشاره به اعترافات مقام‌های آمریکایی مبنی بر این که با پول‌های خرج شده در خاورمیانه می‌توانستیم دو بار آمریکا را بازسازی کنیم، گفت: به برکت خون شهدا توانستیم فرهنگ مقاومت و شهادت را توسط ولی‌فقیه به قدرتی برای جمهوری اسلامی فراهم کنیم که در هر کشوری هر شخصی حاکم شود، تاثیری بر روی ملت نمی‌گذارد و او را وادار به اعتراف می‌کند. ملت ایران، ملتی استقلال‌طلب هستند و آنان نمی‌توانند در کاخ‌های شیشه‌ای بنشینند و بگویند که ما برجام را پاره خواهیم کرد یا این که بطور مجدد مذاکره می‌کنیم.
دبیر شورای عالی امنیت ملی افزود: از سال ۱۹۸۶ در زمان کارتر که تحریم‌ها را بر ملت ایران روا داشتند و آن را در دوره‌های مختلف تمدید کردند که گمان می‌کردند که می‌توانند ملت ایران را به زانو در بیاورند، اما سطح ملی ایران قدرت موشکی و توان هسته‌ای و انسجام ملت روز به روز قوی‌تر شده و اگر تحریم‌ها را تمدید کنند به منزله لغو برجام است که ما در مقابل با اجرای بسته فنی فراهم شده که تهیه شده آن را به سرعت اجرا خواهیم کرد و تا شهدای انقلاب اسلامی و خانواده شهدا هستند ما برای بهبود اوضاع معیشتی کشور و اقتدار روزافزون ایران تلاش خواهیم کرد.
وی با اشاره به این که در زمان جنگ مردم وظیفه خود دانستند که با رژیم صدام مقابله کنند و دشمن را وادار به عقب‌نشینی کنند گفت: اگر در آن روز ملت ایران دفاع از کشور را وظیفه خود نمی‌دانستند رژیم عراق بر ایران تسلط می‌یافت.
شمخانی افزود: شهدا و رهبری مقتدر توانستند با هدایت دقیق واژه‌های آسمانی را زمینی کرده و همچنین آموزه‌های دین را به رفتار تبدیل کنند و نقش مردم و تبدیل آموزه‌های دین در صحنه عمل و فراهم کردن روش‌های اسلامی توانست تبدیل به پیروزی شود.
دبیر شورای عالی امنیت ملی بیکاری، معیشت، رفاه و تولید را یکی از تهاجمات امروز دانست و گفت: اقتصاد تنها مولفه امنیت ملی ما است و چندین سال است که شعار ما در خصوص بحث اقتصادی است اما واقعیت این است که ما حس نمی‌کنیم و بیکاری فرزندان بالا بودن آمار بزهکاری از گرفتاری‌های جنگ اقتصادی است که با آن مواجه هستیم.
وی افزود: امروزه تنها دولت مسئول با مبارزه با بیکاری و مشکلات اقتصادی نیست، بلکه وظیفه ملت است که با دستورالعمل اقتصاد مقاومتی در راه مقابله با آن قدم برداریم. همینطور که در حوزه‌های دیگر که اراده کردیم توانستیم بر مشکلات فائق بیاییم.
شمخانی با بیان این که آنچه به عنوان انقلاب داریم متاثر از شعار خون بر شمشیر است که با همین شعار و باور انقلاب و دشمن را در جنگ ناکام گذاشتیم، گفت: نقش کربلا و امام حسین در رونق یافتن این نظریه قاطع و برنده است و راهپیمایی اربعین نیز ظرفیت عشق بر حسین که نماد مظلومیت در مقابل یزید است موجب فراهم آوری ظرفیت‌آوری زیادی شده است.
دبیر شورای عالی امنیت ملی ادامه داد: امروز با پدیده تروریسم تکفیری مواجهیم که پرورش یافته وهابیت بوده و به جای مقابله با رژیم صهیونیستی قدرت آتش خود را برای نابودی شیعه و سنی به کار بسته و مقابله با رژیم صهیونیستی را از رتبه اول به رتبه دوم تبدیل کرده است.
وی گفت: بسته مقابله با رژیم صهیونیستی و دفاع از فلسطینیان در اربعین فراهم شده است و به زیبایی می‌شود از قدرت اربعین برای این امر استفاده کرد.
شمخانی عنوان کرد: حرکت اربعین می‌تواند این ظرفیت را برای جهان اسلام فراهم کند که تمام انرژی‌ها به سمت دشمن اصلی یعنی رژیم صهیونیستی است هدایت شود.
دبیر شورای عالی امنیت ملی گفت: امروز کربلا در اختیار قدسیان است و راهپیمایی روز قدس که نماد پراکنده مقابله با رژیم صهیونیستی است در اربعین جمع شده است.
