وی تاکید کرد: چهار راهبرد مشارکت، سلامت، رقابت و امنیت ابلاغیه مقام معظم رهبری در تبریز قهرمان به منصه ظهور رسید.
فرمانده سپاه عاشورا این پیروزی را متعلق به مردم شریف تبریز عنوان کرد و از مشارکت پرشور مردم تبریز قدردانی کرد.
