آمادگی تبریز برای گسترش روابط ایران با کشورهای مختلف

وی افزود: ایران و ژاپن دارای ظرفیت های فراوانی در عرصه‌های مختلف هستند و وجوه مشترک این دو کشور باید برای ادامه کار و توسعه مناسبات مورد توجه قرار گیرند.
استاندار آذربایجان شرقی با اشاره به تحریم های ظالمانه اقتصادی علیه ایران، اظهار داشت: به دنبال تحریم هایی که علیه کشور ما اعمال شده است، مناسبات اقتصادی با ژاپن کاهش یافته و انتظار داریم در این دوره روابط تجاری ما با ژاپن افزایش یابد.
وی با اشاره به نقش تاریخی آذربایجان شرقی در تحولات سیاسی و فرهنگی ایران، گفت: این خطه مهد علوم و فرهیختگان و پیشرو در علم و دانش بوده و بزرگترین سرمایه اش نیروهای انسانی است. در نتیجه در حوزه فناوری و نوآوری حرف‌های زیادی برای گفتن دارد و یکی از مهم‌ترین کارهایی که می توان به صورت مشترک بین دو کشور انجام داد در این حوزه است.
رحمتی با اشاره به اینکه آذربایجان شرقی یک استان صنعتی است، گفت: بزرگترین شرکت های صنعتی کشور مثل تراکتورسازی و ماشین سازی در همین استان مستقر شده اند و حتما می توانیم همکاری های خوب صنعتی و تجاری مابین این استان و فعالان صنعتی ژاپن انجام دهیم و معتقدیم امروز این زمینه برای همکاری صنعتی با ژاپن فراهم است.
رحمتی به صنعت فرش تبریز نیز اشاره کرد و اظهار داشت: فرش دستباف این استان از جمله صنایع مهمی است که از دیرباز رواج داشته است؛ فرش تبریز نمادی است از هنر ایرانی و خلاقیتی که توسط بافندگان آن انجام می گیرد مورد استقبال ژاپنی ها قرار گرفته است.
وی گفت: مدتی است به دلیل تحریم ها، مردم ژاپن از این هنر ایرانی محروم شده اند که سفیر ژاپن می تواند این ارتباط را احیا کرده و خبرهای خوب را به مردم ژاپن برساند.
استاندار آذربایجان شرقی در بخش دیگر سخنان خود به حوزه کشاورزی اشاره کرد و گفت: حوزه کشاورزی با مدیریت آب موضوع دیگری است که می تواند همکاری دوجانبه را به دنبال داشته باشد.
رحمتی گفت: آذربایجان شرقی با توجه به زمین های حاصل‌خیز و موقعیتی که در آن وجود دارد، از نظر کشاورزی دارای پتانسیل های بالایی است.
وی افزود: آنچه که برای ما مهم است استفاده بهینه از آب و افزایش بهره وری در این حوزه است که شرکت های ایرانی و ژاپنی می‌توانند باهم همکاری های خوبی داشته باشند.
استاندار آذربایجان شرقی به احیای دریاچه ارومیه تاکید کرد و اظهار داشت: یکی از اولویت های ما احیای دریاچه ارومیه است و دولت نیز کارهای خوبی در این زمینه انجام داده و ما نیز مایل به همکاری های بیشتری با کشور ژاپن در این حوزه هستیم.
رحمتی اضافه کرد: پیشنهادهایی که ارائه کردیم، علی رغم وجود تحریم ها باید در مورد آنها تصمیم گیری شده و گام به گام به سمت اجرایی شدن برود.
استاندار آذربایجان شرقی تاکید کرد: اگر تصمیمی اتخاذ شود که منافع دو کشور را در آن رعایت کنیم و زمان بندی لازم انجام گیرد، بر همه مشکلات فایق خواهیم آمد.
رحمتی به جاذبه های گردشگری آذربایجان شرقی ازجمله روستای جهانی کندوان نیز اشاره کرد و گفت: اولین قدم همکاری در این حوزه افزایش حضور گردشگران ژاپنی در آذربایجان شرقی است و ما نیز در مدیریت استان هر کاری در این زمینه لازم باشد انجام می دهیم.
سفیر ژاپن در جمهوری اسلامی ایران نیز با اشاره به جایگاه تبریز و آذربایجان شرقی گفت: در اکثریت موضوعاتی که مطرح شد دیدگاه نزدیکی داریم.
توسکادا تاماکی افزود: قبول می کنیم که در زمینه اقتصادی و تجاری فضای سنگینی وجود دارد اما در سایر زمینه ها باید همکاری های بیشتری داشته باشیم.
وی گفت: در دیدار وزیر امور خارجه ایران توافق کردیم در زمینه فرهنگی، تحصیلی و محیط زیست بین دو کشور ژاپن و ایران همکاری های بیشتری داشته باشیم.
وی ادامه داد: علی رغم تحریم های اقتصادی که وجود دارد می توانیم همکاری های بین دو کشور را افزایش دهیم و در موضوعات مطرح شده همکاری های بیشتری داشته باشیم.
سفیر ژاپن در ایران گفت: در حوزه دریاچه ارومیه همکاری های کنونی را با ایران ادامه می دهیم و در کنار آن با سازمان های بین المللی نیز در این خصوص همکاری های لازم را انجام خواهیم داد.
